Our Pricing

There are no upfront fees; you only pay upon successful sale.

I believe that the primary objective of an exceptional M&A firm should be to deliver more value than it receives in commission. In essence, the firm should aim to offset its own costs rather than burdening you with expenses. Whether it’s preparing your business for sale, executing marketing strategies, engaging in aggressive negotiation tactics, or implementing tax-saving strategies, the impact of a proficient business broker can be profound.

Double Lehman Pricing Explained

My pricing model is based on the Double Lehman scale. This scale entails a commission structure of 10% on the first million, 8% on the second million, 6% on the third million, 4% on the fourth million, and 2% for any amount exceeding $5 million. The total amount you pay depends on the final purchase price of your business, which I make every effort to maximize. To better understand the charges for selling your business, I recommend starting with a business valuation.
